Heaven Gate is located in the Penataran Agung Lempuyang Temple area which is part of the temple complex around Mount Lempuyang, one of the most sacred temples in Bali. The temples on Mount Lempuyang, represented by the highest temple at the top of Mount Lempuyang called Pura Lempuyang Luhur, is one of the Sad Kahyangan Jagad, or the six holiest places of prayer in Bali.
This temple is located in Banjar Purwa Ayu, Tribuana Village, Abang District, Karangasem.

1. Women during the period are prohibited entering the temple area.
2. Every visitor is required to wear the sarong and scarf that have been provided.
